Introduction of permanent-electro magnetic system for quick mould clamping

permanent-electro magnetic system for quick mould clamping is using electrical impulses to open and close magnetic mould replacement system. Using the different characteristics of different magnetic materials designed to best magnetic circuit, Through the electronic control system for the distribution of internal magnetic circuit control and conversion, Make permanent magnet field in the system itself balance, The external characterization is demagnetization or relaxation state; Or released into templates work surfaces, The external characterization is magnetization or mould clamping state.

Magnetization
During the Mag phase the magnetic flux is short-circuited outside the magnetic surface safely clamping the mold with a very limited magnetic depth so as not to affect any internal part of the engaged mold.

Demagnetization

During the Demag phase the magnetic flux is short circuited inside the magnetic module frame,perfectly releasing the mold for its changeover.

This system uses permanent-electro magnetic plate as fixed and moving plate. It can clamp or take mould through MAG/DEMAG process by simply turning safety key (removable) and push MAG/DEMAG button, accomplishing mould-changing truly in 3 minutes. It can be installed on new machine as standard equipment to sale to final customers; also can be on the traditional machine, adding 3 minutes mould change function but not changing original structure, which is practical and convenient.

Magnetic plate

Magnetic plate is made out of an entire piece of steel, and processed with special CNC, which has more compact, rigid and strong structure.
Magnetic plate uses special epoxy resin with high temperature resisting and dynamic impedance characteristics to seal the magnetic coil and magnet. The sealing height is slightly lower than the pole’s suface to avoid any possible “air-gap” caused by micro expansions.
Magnetic plate has the mounting hole on both plates and mould ejection hole on the moving plate. They’re equipped with location ring for a quick and precise mould set up.
The junction box sets inside the magneti plate to avoid damaged, with good waterproof and high impedance characteristics.
Rectangular steel plate extends to surrounding large area, which increases the contact area of magnetic plate and mould.

Induction switch

The neutral zone of the magnetic plate has inductive switch, used to detect mould contact state, in order to check the machine on normal operation and protect the operator safety.

Electronic control units

Electronic control unit design is based on the latest international standard. It has flexible interface, and is suitable for any injection molding machine and punch equipment, which is the perfect embodiment for high-tech. All control and operation function can achieve easily by remote controller. Mould stter can safely stand outside of the machines and achieve all operations.

3 levels safety device

The operation system will work only when operate 3 levels protected safety process.

Electromagnetic sensors

Electromagnetic sensors through some magnetic poles to detect saturation intensity. Only when the performances shows normal, the injetion molding machine and punch can work
