It's a new-type magnetic chuck using electrical impulse to “ON" or "OFF” magnetic force. It's quite safe and reliable for the chuck to clamp workpiece, which will result in an permanent magnetic clamping. Time needed for "ON" or "OFF" is less than one second, which will ensure little electric pulse power consumption and no heat deformation of the chuck. It has no sliding parts as ordinary permanent magnetic chuck, which results in a stable, firm and high-precision structure. Using electric pulse to "ON" or "OFF" magnetic force will be easy for automatic control.

It's widely applied to attract workpieces in surface grinders, electric processing machine-tools, as well as in casting, drilling, planning and boring machines. Besides, it's used in accessory holders for processing centers and FMS systems.
